I am SO annoyed.

I just got Photoshop Elements and I tried to install it but it said not compatible ( or something stupid like that ) 'cuz I have Windows 2000. So the next few updates will be in markers or pencils.
Until I get a new op system or an older PS. I promise i'll update soon.
